Kindergarten at Hocking Hills Elementary

This year, only six students enrolled in kindergarten at Hocking Hills Elementary. To be good stewards of our financial resources and to ensure these students have the opportunity to learn and engage with a full classroom of their peers, we will be relocating these students to Chieftain and Union Furnace Elementary Schools for the 26-27 school year. Fortunately, both schools are closer to the homes of four of the students and about the same distance for the other two.

We have communicated with the impacted families, and we are grateful for their understanding and cooperation, as well as that of our staff, as we make this change.
